Many students continue their Jewish educations after they become B’nai Mitzvot. Our religious school offers continuing education through 12th grade.
When students are in the 10th grade they “confirm” their dedication to Judaism in a group service during Shavuot (May or June). The students write and lead a creative service after studying with Rabbi Judy for a year, attended by the congregation, friends and families. A group collation follows this service.
Students may continue studying with Rabbi Judy once a month until the end of high school. There is a graduation ceremony at that time and it has been our great joy to see many of our students continue in this manner.
